Human Fit Coaching – How we work:

We provide coaching that enables managers to grow with their work. This often involves changing perspectives and approaching tasks in a new way. This was the case with a manager who needed to take on a new challenge.

What he needed to do was increase his presence at the company, which he had not been particularly willing to do up to that point. We analyzed the situation in order to find out what was causing this attitude.

The motive for the manager’s behavior became apparent during our meetings: The manager disapproved of the way his successful colleagues conducted themselves and as a result had been withdrawing more and more from the group.

The goal of the coaching was therefore to support the manager in developing his own way of consciously positioning himself on the management level and tackling the new tasks successfully. This enabled him to achieve the right fit for his work and his role in the management team.
