A precise analysis creates possibilities: The analysis process involves elements from coaching, management diagnostics and executive search. The right fit is achieved by comparing all of the relevant information and it provides everyone involved with new perspectives.

Executive Search – How we understand them: Filling a key position in a company is an integrated process for us. We observe every manager in the context of both the company and his or her individual tasks.

Seeing, understanding and grasping both sides: We analyze the culture and needs of a company and get to the root of the managers’ motives, competencies and values.

Each one affects the others: Goals, values, motives, demands and competencies - sometimes conscious, sometimes unconscious – all influence and connect everyone involved and affect the company’s success.
  • struktur.jpg
How everyone benefits: The information gained provides the company with a new clear view of structures, processes and employees. The managers get a more conscious look at themselves, their motives, their values and their competencies.

The right fit – a real advantage: The right fit is the key to a company’s success. After all, managers who do precisely what they are good at, like doing their work and are successful at it as a result. This is exactly what makes your company successful.
Human Fit Diagnostics – How we work: The term “diagnosis” is derived from the Greek verb "diagignoskein". It denotes the aspects of a cognitive process from identification to resolution. Human Fit carries out diagnostics in this original sense. In the case of one of our clients, the work processes of a new management board were stagnating. We created an analysis of the current situation and identified which motives and competencies were available – who was blocking what and why, who was achieving what and why.

Human Fit Executive Search – How we work: Our work here begins with an in-depth evaluation of the job profile. Does the profile really match what the company needs? We always work closely together with our client to clarify this point. You define the area of work – we find the most suitable manager. We speak with the decision-makers and relevant people in order to create an accurate target profile.
Human Fit Coaching – How we work: We provide coaching that enables managers to grow with their work. This often involves changing perspectives and approaching tasks in a new way. This was the case with a manager who needed to take on a new challenge. What he needed to do was increase his presence at the company, which he had not been particularly willing to do up to that point. We analyzed the situation in order to find out what was causing this attitude.
